Small Animal 
We provide full internal medicine evaluations, prophylactic dental cleanings as well as oral, soft tissue, ophthalmic and orthopedic surgeries for our small animal patients. With the modern diagnostic technologies of on-site radiology and blood analysis equipment, Gibson Veterinary Clinic, Ltd is able to offer an added value to the health of your animal on a same day basis.
 
Equine 
We provide internal medicine evaluations, surgical procedures, dentistry, reproduction and farm visits for our equine patients. Through the advancement of technology over the last several years we are able to offer performance floats that aid in both the health of the horse and their performance through the use of full-mouth speculums and motorize dental tools. Ultrasound technology aids in evaluations of the reproduction tract of broodmares in determining when to artificially inseminate mares as well as early pregnancy detection. 
 
Bovine 
For our cattle and other large animal patients we provide internal medicine evaluations, surgical procedures, lameness examinations, pregnancy exams, Brucellosis and Tuberculosis (TB) testing, health certificates and farm visits. Gibson Veterinary Clinic, Ltd is also available for herd health consultation.
 
Laboratory
Gibson Veterinary Clinic, Ltd. has an on-site laboratory where we perform blood chemistry panels, microscopic cytology, microscopic fecal examinations, and an array of other diagnostic testing is available as well.
 
Emergencies
We are available for emergencies during regular office hours and after-office hours, 7 days a week. The contact number for an emergency is (217) 784-4711.
 
Boarding
As a service to our clients, boarding facilities for dogs and cats are available with our staff providing exercise time twice a day for the boarders. Current vaccinations on all dogs and cats are required.  CAPSTAR® is given to all dogs and cats at admission to prevent flea introduction to facility.  During the holiday season, reservations must be made in advance.
